Virtue and Happiness

Happiness is an activity of the soul expressing complete virtue.

Virtue is only known by its acts.

All who are able, may gain virtue by study and care.

Intellectual virtue owes its birth and growth to teaching while moral virtue comes to us through habit.

Virtue is a state of character concerned with choice.

Both virtue and vice are in our power.

~ Aristotle, Nicomachean Ethics
